With a background in Client service and Executive Account Management, Lance has served clients locally and internationally for 25+ years . His impact has benefitted company's Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Operations, HR/Talent Management and more. Lance has been doing this work since the early 2000's and held executive roles in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations at several companies prior to opening LTG in 2017. Lance's favorite part of his job is helping to impact his clients business positively. But when he is not working, Lance is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys off-roading and trail riding and long distance travelling in his free time.
